Riau Gemilang Sejati domiciled in Jakarta, with the Deed of Establishment of notary Yan Armin, SH, No. 241 dated July 27 2018, and has been ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights with Decree no. AHU-0035468.AH.01.01.Tahun 2018 dated 30 July 2018 and was originally a Domestic Investment Company (PMDN).
This company was later changed to become a Foreign Investment Company (PMA) with the latest Amendment to the notary deed of Hambit Maseh, SH, Deed no. 1223 dated 17 December 2021 and has been ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights no. AHU-0073557.AH.01.02. YEAR 2021 December 20, 2021.

The Company’s Business Sector is in accordance with the latest amendment to Notary Deed No. 339 dated Februari 12, 2024 is engaged in wood particle industry and the like (KBLI 16105) includes the business of making wood particles and the like such as wood wool, wood flour, and wood slices or chips (woodchips), plywood industry (KBLI 16211) includes ordinary plywood manufacturing businesses such as plywood, multiplex, interior and exterior plywood and the like, the Veneer Industry (KBLI 16214) and the Organic Basic Chemical Industry Sourced from Agricultural Products, Lump Wood Charcoal & Wood Charcoal Briquette (KBLI 16295) which are all Export and Local oriented.
